*Nonslip, waterproof, anti-tear, durable, washable. sweat resistance.
*Perfect for heated and non-heated classes. Yoga, Fitness, Pilates, Meditation.
* No towel needed. Perfectly acceptable to use a towel on top of the mat.
* Prior to each use sprinkle mat with water to activate the grip.
* Mat care, wash with mild liquid soap and water, air dry. As needed.
* Mat cleaner spray can be used in between washings.
* Rolling your mat design side showing, will help keep it flat when you roll it out for use.
*Take your practice to new heights, spray with your favorite essential oil blend at the start of your practice.
