The basis and foundation of all elements is Earth. Earth is the element of stability, feeling grounded, fertility, material wealth, potential, nurturing, health, and stillness. Earth element relates to our primal need of survival, stability and support. Building a solid foundation will help us achieve a feeling of grounding this will help us to feel balanced, safe, confident, strong. Its grounding energies will keep us centered and bring a feeling of peacefulness.
Earth is also the element of beginnings and endings; death and rebirth life’s energy comes from the ground and then is returned to the earth to be renewed and recycled.
