Fire is associated with strength, activity, blood, and life-force. It is also highly purifying and protective, consuming impurities and driving back the darkness.

Fire represents heat, energy, inspiration, passion, creativity, motivation, leadership, change, sexuality, renewal, transformation, determination, our inner light. This element of fire is expansive and flows upward. Fire is the creator and destroyer unlike other elements fire cannot exist in physical form without consuming something else.

Fire is traditionally seen as the spiritual of the physical elements because of its masculine properties. Its   physical existence produces light and has a transformative power when it meets other physical material.  The elements work in harmony to create and sustain life. All the elements have positive and negative aspects, the earth without water to moisten it, fire to warm it, air to surround it, would be a lifeless planet.

Fire also illuminates the force of light initiation granting you access to insight, spiritual truths, and psychic vision. The element of fire is all about action; in order to act, we must build up enough emotional and physical heat to keep our energy. This heat is generated through food, movement, and our breath.
